During my career I have worked in security, community and risk management roles coupled with training and development projects, which has led to my current interest in my current role, providing employment Law and Human resources to Kununurra.

I am currently working as a member of Northern Protective Services working as a senior people, training & Talent coordinator in collaboration with the executive and management team.

My role is to assist, train and manage the companies;

• Compliance,
• Employment law
• Recruitment lifecycle,
• New Team members development
• Training on new projects, and
• HR lifecycle functions (payroll, immigration, and team member issues)

I have been in the local community of Kununurra for a little over 5 years. I have settled down with my family in Kununurra and love to kayak, swim and explore our wonderful region.

Education:

I have an Associates degree in Team Management,

Diploma in Project Management and am currently enrolled in an LLB Bachelor of Laws.
